How does usage-based pricing work?

System R AI uses prepaid credits for usage within the Agentic Trading System, including supported AI models and research, analysis, planning, logging, and review. New users receive a $5 signup credit, and additional credit purchases can range from $20 to $10,000.

What can I do with the $5 signup credit?

The $5 signup credit lets you explore the current open-beta research, analysis, planning, logging, and review capabilities before purchasing more credit. The amount consumed depends on the supported AI model, the task, and the complexity of the work.

Do purchased credits expire?

Purchased credits currently do not expire. There is no required monthly or yearly subscription, and your available balance is used only as you use supported System R AI capabilities.

Can I make a one-time payment?

Yes. A one-time payment adds the selected credit amount to your balance once. It does not start a subscription or create an automatic recharge rule.

How does auto-recharge work, and can I cancel it?

Auto-recharge is optional. You choose the balance that triggers a recharge, the amount to add, and a monthly spending cap. You can cancel auto-recharge to prevent future automatic payments.

Which payment methods are supported?

System R AI supports card payments and selected cryptocurrency payments. Available payment methods, tokens, and networks can change, so the options displayed at checkout are the current source of truth.

Are payments refundable or transferable?

Under the current Terms, purchased credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be converted back into cash or cryptocurrency. Questions or billing disputes can be submitted to hello@systemr.ai.
