Founder of System R AI, a system architect and active trader focused on building agentic trading system.

Before founding System R AI, Ashim designed and built software and technology solutions for businesses in the United States, gaining hands-on experience across product architecture, development, and execution.

Between 2021 and 2025, he traded full time in India and the UAE, where live markets made risk management, sizing, and execution discipline a daily practice.

Earlier in his career, he was also involved in professional theater production in Kolkata, an experience that continues to inform his appreciation for clarity, timing, and human behavior.
